What we provide
Monday to Friday – 9.30 am to 4 pm
Everyone attending our sessions are able to socialise through various activities as well as a 2 course light lunch with refreshments throughout the day.
Our staff are all experienced, professional, caring people, who together make an amazing team. Each day starts with a warm welcome, a cuppa and chat.

Support Meetings
We have been supporting clients and their families in the community living with Alzheimer’s Dementia for several years.
We feel very privileged to now offer a regular day and time to open up our room at Moseley’s Business Centre every six weeks on a Thursday from 10-11.30 am.
This is for families and carers to join us for a cuppa and a chat. We will be happy to resource any relevant information that might to helpful, or to sit and be an ear to listen if that’s what’s needed.

Do you provide transport to the Time Out Club?
Unfortunately we are not able to provide transport but we are able to help potential clients by signposting to other means of transport.
Do you offer adhoc sessions?
Yes we can accommodate providing we have 24 hours’ notice and all paperwork is in place.
Are you able to provide special dietary requirements?
Yes all our meals are planned with nutrition in mind, however we can tailor to any dietary needs.
Are you able to assist with medication?
Yes, providing all the relevant paperwork is in place.
